Epic Saving for LTC Facility!

This 120-bed LTC facility was ready for a significant remodel. Mobat served as the liaison between the designer and the contractor, handling most procurement for the project. We accommodated the designer’s vision by walking the designer through different specs while still identifying cost-effective solutions. As one example, the designer specified a costly custom sleeper sofa. We guided the client towards an alternative materials selection with the same quality and saved 35% of the price!
